The Regional Engineering Center provided assistance to the small enterprise of the republic, LLC Multifunctional Complex Green Site, in preparing a business plan for the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a multifunctional complex on the banks of the Volga River in the city of Cheboksary, which provides for the construction of a multifunctional complex, including: a hotel complex, a sports complex health complex, rehabilitation medical center, yacht club, water taxi system, office business center, service center, etc.
The goal of the project is to form a modern competitive tourism industry on the territory of the Chuvash Republic, create conditions to meet the needs of Russian and foreign citizens for tourist and recreational services, and create conditions for the effective development of tourism infrastructure.
