The purpose of the contest - zadelnyh support R & D in order to implement the action plans ( "road maps") of the National Technology Initiative (hereinafter - STI road map).
The competition is planned to select projects involving the implementation of R & D in order to implement the road maps STI approved by the Presidium of the Presidential Council on modernization of Russian economy and innovative development of Russia:
- Aeronet;
- Avtonet;
- Marinet;
- Neyronet;
- Enerdzhinet (subject to the approval of the road map until 30/09/2016).
Приоритет при отборе будет отдаваться НИОКР, направленным на преодоление существующих технологических барьеров для реализации дорожных карт и/или развитие приоритетных технологических направлений НТИ. The main parameters of support provided:
- grant amount - up to 20 million rubles.
- Off-budget co-financing (at the expense of their own or borrowed funds) - no less than 30% of the grant amount;
- The direction of support - implementation of research and development (salaries, raw materials, components, third-party services);
- Term of performance of R & D - 12-24 months.
The competition is part of the enterprise:
- relating to small according to the number 209-FZ of 24.07.2007 r .;
- which do not have open contracts with the Fund.
Higher chances of receiving support are companies:
- successfully producing its own high-tech products;
- with positive financial and economic history;
- have protected intellectual property on the subject of the project.
It should be noted:
- according to changes in the 209-FZ of 24.07.2007, the joint-stock companies
from August 1, 2016 are not subject to small and medium enterprises (except for the shares of joint stock companies traded on the organized securities market, related to the shares of high-tech sectors of the economy - http://moex.com/a3645) And can not receive financial support for the Fund; - in the case of non-binding instruments, the application will be rejected on formal criteria;
- as the Certificate of Incorporation received the scanned originals of statements, as well as statements in e-document form signed by electronic digital signature of the Federal Tax Service;
- if a small innovative company previously received the support of the Fund, it necessarily must submit a certificate of the results achieved, including the volumes of sales of innovative products.
