On March 5, Cheboksary will host a major event for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses - JSC "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises" (SME Corporation), together with partners, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Chuvashia, is holding a seminar on the topic: "Participation of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in procurement” in accordance with Federal Law No. 223 “On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”.
The event will be an open platform for dialogue between entrepreneurs and federal companies: the SME Corporation, the largest customers represented in the Chuvash Republic (including JSC Russian Railways, Inter RAO, PJSC RusHydro, PJSC Rosseti, JSC "Chuvashkhlebprodukt") representatives of electronic trading platforms: JSC "TEK-Torg" and others.
The seminar will be useful for managers and employees of enterprises and organizations, individual entrepreneurs, as well as specialists responsible for conducting procurement procedures, employees of procurement and supply departments, sales departments, lawyers and all interested specialists. Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses will be able to personally ask questions and receive answers on the specifics of working in the procurement system under 223-FZ, taking into account current changes in legislation and established practice. The seminar will also reveal the possibilities for using additional financial instruments (including increasing working capital) from SME Bank JSC.
The workshop is planned
1. To analyze in detail the main aspects of the current legislation in the field of procurement.
2. Get answers to difficult questions practice of procurement that is equally relevant to both newcomers and experienced SME suppliers.
3. Discuss the issues of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Chuvashia in the procurement of the largest state corporations.
