MFES-2019. Current solutions for digitalization and cybersecurity

The beginning of December was marked by traditional meetings in Moscow. For three days in Pavilion No. 75 of VDNKh, on the sidelines of the International Forum "Electrical Networks", life was seething, old friends met, partnership agreements were discussed, and new equipment was presented. This year, the EKRA Research and Production Enterprise again acted as the official partner of the event, the latest developments were demonstrated at the largest stand of the exhibition…

IFES-2019. Actual solutions for digitalization and cybersecurityOn the first line, visitors were greeted by “devices of the future” – this is how the company’s developers call equipment for digital substations:

  • terminal BE2704V750, whose tasks include converting analog signals from electromagnetic CTs and VTs into digital form with subsequent transfer of information flows (SV) to the "process bus" according to the IEC 61850-9-2LE protocol;
  • terminal BE2704V752 with the function of converting discrete signals into digital form and transferring information flows (GOOSE) to the "process bus" according to the IEC 61850-8-1 protocol;
  • terminal BE2704 101 is a unified microprocessor device for implementing relay protection functions of digital substations. Provides reception and transmission of information streams "process bus" (SV, GOOSE) and "station bus" (MMS).

In addition to these devices, the EKRA23x series terminal (registration of emergency events for digital substations), the EKRA 3717-0601 panel computer (performing computing tasks at electric power facilities as a TM controller, HMI device), EKRA 3712-0601 - the server of the upper and EKRA 3710 -0301 - middle-level server.
