On October 27, the Cheboksary Electrical Apparatus Plant received a positive conclusion from the Certification Commission (CAC) of PJSC ROSSETI, which recommends the use of the PTK of the automated process control system of KVANT-CHEAZ at the facilities of the SDCs of the electric grid operator in Russia. The document confirms the high technical level of development and its compliance with the modern world standards IEC 61850 and the standards of PJSC ROSSETI for automation and digitalization systems for processes at electrical substations and other energy facilities.
A long-term path of development of the hardware and software complex "KVANT-CHEAZ" has been passed from a small monitoring system to a complex software and hardware complex of automated process control systems, information collection and transmission system (SSPI) and telemechanics (TM). In the course of the work, the development of hardware solutions was carried out, including the development of its own software "KVANT-ChEAZ". CHEAZ JSC is one of the few Russian APCS suppliers who can unequivocally state that the software of the KVANT-CHEAZ PC (including the core of this complex) is Russian software and was developed by specialists working at the enterprise. In the course of certification of PTK "KVANT-ChEAZ" preparation of documents and harmonization of requirements with PJSC "Rosseti" was carried out.
