In accordance with the decision of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development in 2014 the power to support small businesses in the field of innovation and the appropriate federal funds transferred to the Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology (hereinafter - the Fund).
Проведение Фондом конкурсного отбора малых инновационных предприятий
(далее – МИП) для предоставления поддержки началось с 6 октября по 31 октября 2014 года. В соответствии с условиями конкурсного отбора предполагаемый максимальный объем предоставляемой субсидии (гранта) составит не более 10 млн. руб. на одного получателя поддержки при условии софинансирования МИП из собственных средств в размере не менее 100% от суммы субсидии (гранта).
The competitive selection is held in priority areas of science, technology and engineering in the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the priority areas), approved by the Decree of the President of Russian Federation
on June 7, 2011 № 899.

В конкурсе могут принимать участие юридические лица и индивидуальные предпринимателиOperating at least one yearCorresponding to the criteria for classification субъекту малого предпринимательства in accordance with the Federal Law № 209-FZ of 24.07.2007, among the economic activities which have a code OKVED 72.1 (OC 029-2014 from 02.01.2014) "Research and development on natural sciences and engineering," or code NACE 73.1 (OK OK 029-2001 and 029-2007).
